Tbh, I did not get it when people said he lacked tactics and so, I'm not THAT much into analyzing ball, but I realized it towards the end, when we were playing like headless chickens struggling to create a game against 3rd world nations, showing his game relied on air balls and reaching them to MT and SA with luck of God.. cause honestly, I would have preferred to keep the same coach for WC, be it Skocic or not, but we would have gotten roasted in 3 games..

A month to month contract with options to get more money depending on the performance in WC is the best way to go. Now CQ is even more motivated to (not that he ever lacks that) to lead the team to an acceptable performance in WC. For me, an acceptable performance is making it to the next round for the first time.

To be frank, I was shocked with how low his salary of 50K a month for 3 months!!! But I guess he is planning to make his real money with the performance bonuses. Does anyone know the detail of the performance bonuses? I hope he gets bonuses for wins and getting us to round of 16, not for ties. This might motivate him to go for the wins instead of hoping for a tie...
