If only fans were objective enough, they would not
judge someone so fast because he is not starting their
favourite player. In this case I think Potter saw inconsistency
in ARJ and he had other players he could work on.
ARJ has only recently shown willingness to work on
his game as previously in the last three four
years, he seemed stubborn about how he plays.
If he tried harder under potter, who knows, maybe he
could have been a starter or at least an important player
there.

Potter is an excellent coach. If you think otherwise, then you're delusional. For him keeping Brighton in the league for about 6 years now is a huge success.
I don't think Potter will take Chelsea to glory however. I personally don't see him being much of an improvement over Tuchel and think Chelsea is on a decline.
