Webmaster has been upgrading the Server to handle the increased traffic PFDC always gets during the World cup. Usually we have outages during the WC cause people rush to these forums. There is a thread floating a around discussing this project. I would expect periodic outages until he is done.

Please keep in mind PFDC is a passion project for him, not his job. So it may take some time to get all the kinks worked out.
