3rd place match is a waste of time and risks injuries. Just go home. It's also boring, they should axe it for the WC too
Tm is champion of 3rd place match in ac..
1980 3rd
1984. Lost of course in pks 4th
1988. 3rd
1996. 3rd
2004. 3rd
Now since there is no 3rd place match thank god,
and want refer to tm result for a tournment
Forexample 2019 just say tm made the final 4 " JOOZVEH 4TA"...... tm made it to final 4 of asian cup 8th times wow.
Only team Japan fears to play in ac final is tm...
they know persians ghirat might pull them a victory. If they bring all their players they are clear favorites to win it all....if they come Only demostic players still finish first in their group they still can cruise to semifinal vs ksa or Australia since in qf they play uzb.......pretty much only way tm meets them or ksa or Australia is the final.
if all big boys finish first in group
and no upsets in r16
for qfs
Oneside bracket will be
iran,qatar,s.k,oman
Iran vs s.k
Qatar vs Oman
Other side
Japan vs uzbakistan
Australia vs ksa
For iran IF THEY CAN BEAT S.K , a be kind easy semi final with either qatar,Oman . SO
IRAN HAS An EASIER ROAD TO FINAL, compare to other side of the bracket as ksa,Australia exteremly difficult time playing eachother and winner play japan.......
Both Japan and iran have easier road to final
On paper.
Is
Iran vs Japan final.

Completely disagree with you on this one as there is no pressure on either team and they can just have fun and display an entertaining game. Virtually all the 3rd place games have been lovely to look at.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh
