I am very worried about how brutal they will get this time, clearly the Iranian Taliban cannot continue like this when football players and celebrities come out against them one after another.

Nope, He had a shirt with a message underneath his shirt but we didn't get to see what the text on it was.

          El Nino was wondering.

I was just speculating as this was the content the last time we had a bloody massacre in the country. I don't think he has changed since then.

Amiri has also been very disappointing. He was one of my favorite players. No longer.

To be fair, apart from Torabi and Amiri the other PP players appear to be on the side of the people.

Remember guys - when Torabi did this there were already dozens of people killed during those protests in 2019:

I didn't get all the details of the interview; was he speaking directly to the government or who did he direct this to?

Soroush's comment was directed at a regime loudmouth called Hassan Abbasi. After some footballers supported the protests, that idiot attacked them and said that if they were religious people and had wives who wear chador they wouldn't be footballers!

He criticized the government (saying Abbasi was their pawn), criticized aghazadehs (regime officials' theft and hypocrisy) and Hassan Abbasi himself.

                        Masterclass by Soroush Rafiei.

Still they don't have balls to talk about current situation.
Every one mention a psycho named Abbasi, when regime denied any linkage between him and them. Lol

Read between the lines. He starts off by saying first that he doesn't care about football ... than says Abbasi is being controlled by the powers and then criticizes the hypocrisy of the regime for sending their be-hijabi families abroad with stolen money. It's a clear link.

He is criticizing regime, but doing so poetically. It was brilliant.

Yea, taht interview was very good and he really hit the perfect balance of being as truly supportive (not low-energy vasat baz) without risking direct arrest on the spot.

What surprised me, was how kesafat the reporters were asking about the game even after 6 minutes. Who the f cares ???
