Another proposal to show solidarity through football

Remember when George Floyd was killed? It started a worldwide movement, including football matches everywhere when players kneeled before the game to show solidarity a Racism.

It would be really powerful, if we could propose and demand that they come up with a gesture to show solidarity for women's right in general and Iranian women in particular. This could be a gesture that the players, including ours at WC, could adopt to show their support. It could also be adopted by leagues worldwide, including EPL, and others the same way kneeling was adopted.

It could keep the issue front and center worldwide for a long time, hopefully until we see a change in Iran and other places.

MODS: Feel free to move to the other forum, but I think it is football related and a much more effective way to protest than proposing a boycott of WC.

- players cut their hair instead of singing
- "woman, life, freedom" flags/projections or something like that

The only protest that makes sense and will bypass Qatari authorities is for people to wear their jerseys in the stadium inside out. This will send a loud message of solidarity. Qataris can't evict everyone from the stadium nor can they tell them to strip naked. What better way than this? Flags, banners etc can all be confiscated.
