I can only imagine if Einsteins like this had been around after WW2: "Listen people we need to understand there a lot of nazis in Germany! Maybe half or at least a third of the population! You just want to make them feel bad for no reason?? Many of them probably didn't even kill anybody they just thought it's good to do it! We'll just have to get used to them controlling half the government for the next century or two. We'll have to make sure at least half the German national team is nazi too just so they don't feel left out. Please stop saying all this ant-nazi stuff too it's not democratic at all! Before I dropped out of school in 5th grade I learned democracy means you must let fascists destroy democracy in the name of democracy. it makes sense if you just stop thinking about it"

Thankfully there are literally no people like this on Iranian social media. Otherwise I would have had a stroke and two heart attacks this last month alone.
Repeat after me: OPINIONS ARE NOT ILLEGAL.

Stop accusing ppl. Learn basic democratic facts. I see those years in Iran has brainwashed you.

So many Iranians who have lived outside most of their life have NO idea of evil beyond silly "Liberal-Conservative" theatrics in the West. And this lack of understanding becomes painfully and embarrassingly obvious during times like this.

This observation is not limited to just me. Anyone who can read Farsi and hangs out in Iranian circles on social media knows how true and pathetic this is. Especially if you hang out with Iranians inside or those who just recently got out.

I promised myself I'd avoid it but I fell back into it again today!

Any of you who find yourself falling for their nonsense, just remember these geniuses would never offer even half this much good will to dopey conservatives who babble about taxes and sMaLL gOvErNMeNT.

A person who can actually read Persian, has lived in Iran, is over 30, has had relatives abused by this system(!), and STILL wants to get along with people who enable the rape and murder of innocent girls of his country doesn't have a political problem. He has a character problem!

You can't teach a coward to be a man. There are men who will literally sacrifice themselves to protect their loved ones, and there are also "men" who lack the courage to stand up so instead they dress up their cowardice as "morals" and "tolerance" for those who abuse them. I saw men in Iran watch their wives and daughters get beaten in front of them. I also saw men literally risk death to defend their family and honor. Times like this that difference becomes crystal clear. Just like the clueless youngsters, the cowardly adults also embarrass themselves in times like this.

"it's not that I don't care about my Iranian sisters getting r@ped and killed, I just care more about demokrasy and stuff! i see it as a political disagreement!". Riiight

A man who can find it in his heart to "tolerate" bastards who commit or enable these crimes is not a man. Especially if he supposedly knows people who've been on the receiving end of the abuse! If you want to tolerate parasites who support a system that rapes and kills Iranian girls, this one is something you keep to yourself, champ! This is not something you tell other people. It should be between you and your therapist!

Welcome to my ignore file, genius. You'll have at least one playmate there so you'll have plenty of time to discuss the merits of letting sociopaths brutalize Iranian girls in the name of Democracy for Rapists and Rape Supporters™. Knock yourself out, Einstein.

He got arrested for slurring a group of people in a hateful manner in physical public space. Learn Nordic languages and read their laws before making a fool out of yourself.
If he said "I support islamic regime against these protesters and love khameneis ballz and want to play with them so he get forceful" he would not be prosecuted.

                    1. He didnt get prosecuted for a twitter feed supporting a dictator
                    2. He didnt get prosecuted for believing in certain ideology
                    3. He did get into the country and was prosecuted for an illegal ACT. Not an illegal opinion nor stating an opinion.

If he is causing division he should be kicked out but knowing I.R it is more likely the other players will be kicked out.

Respectfully, don't you find it a bit odd that you created an account on a Team Melli chat forum last month once the protests began? Then you proceed to never actually post about anything football related but only engage in political arguments, often times in an offensive tone?

Regardless of the merits of what you are discussing, you come across as someone who just wants to argue / insult.

To represent the people you need peoples mandates, and by definition there is never 100 percent unanimity. This is just facts and logic.
He sure as h-ll represent those disguisting people that support the regime, and even if they make up 10-20 percent of the population, the representation is still there. If this reasonable assumption holds, then we may need to get used to having 1 or 2 detestable bache akhunds in the team.
This argument is based on the assumption that democracy IS a criteria for judging who is to be included or excluded. Im not even hundred percent sure streching democratic working area to sports is a good idea to begin with.
lol well since you told someone to shVt the fvck up I'll give myself the right to call you a fvcking dumbass - that's the definition of equality.
So listen you fvcking dumbass, the people in this case means majority of people in Iran wanting basic human rights which is not a matter of perspective.

Meeting intolerance with intolerance makes a person q Guardian and goes against everything democracy stands for. It goes against strong principle of equality. Read Dahl, Malkopolou etcetera.
We should not give piece of shittt ppl any pretext for delegitimize the movement.
Yes there was a point where some people agreed with slavery. Stupid idiots went against principles of equality and those people's opinion and still went and banned slavery. lol that's your level of understanding and argument and that's why this will be my last response to you. Good luck feeling important and smart by saying something totally the opposite of what is referred to as common sense lol.

To others - I don't disagree that players shouldn't be kept / kicked out based on their political belief though emotions definitely overtake my logic these days cause of what this government which Amiri and Torabi support is doing to people.

Not only Trump, but all those who showed up at his rallies, those who supported him on Twitter, Insta, all the golfers at his clubs, residents of his towers, the employees of Deutche Bank and other banks, everyone who wore his T-shirts, all those who served in US military in Iraq, Afghanistan, or any of the other 120 countries US has bases in, pretty much all the 75 million people who voted for him.

Did I leave anyone out? Oh yes, all the congressmen and Senators who voted for the wars and everybody who voted for them.
