They have good players. Just look at Al-Ittihad who is ruling Asian Clubs past two years and didn't do bad in Worlds Club Championships.

But they have this ridiculous law that prohibits their players from going abroad. This way they won't progress much. Anyways, I think if they had sent Al-Ittihad they would do much better.
