Ok the showdown is under 18 hours away, this game should be very good...both teams are strong defensively and offensively, however Italy are slightly favored in offense...Toni vs Henry, Zidane vs Totti, Ribbery vs Gattuso, Pirlo vs Viera etc. I hope Italy dont play the one striker line-up again like France but most likely both will play the 4-2-3-1 once more. Italy going for their 4th title while France for their 2nd. Anyways predict, discuss, and comment on the final of World Cup 2006 right here in this thread. VIVA ITALIA!!!

I dont like Italian team more than TM...I love TM more than almost anything and would give anything to watch every one of their matches, not will I EVER in my life stop supporting them or put them second to ANY team. But after TM in the international scene my favorite team has always been Italy with Argentina second...I hope I cleared up any confusion.

I just hope for attacking football, France will rely on Zidane to orchestrate attacks and will play relying on counter attacks. As for the Italians, they will most likely control the flow of the game.

I for one will support France, the country where I grew up in.

Yeah I hope we see an offensive goal filled match, im tired of this 1-0 or 0-0 crap in big important games like these...I originally said 1-0 Italy but now im going out on a limb and saying 2-1 for Italy, goals by Toni and Pirlo with Henry for France.
