You bro, I said I like him!
But I just mentioned that it wasn't his first time to do such a thing! That's all!
And I support him even after the incident last night!
Just chill!
srry bro ..didnt mean to disrespect....i am just really pissed at the incident and the news talking about how Zidane acted like an animal and how unproffesional he was...nobody had the ballz to stand up and say well lets see wat Materazzi said...thats what pisses me off....what Zidane did was wrong but they gotto find out the source of his wrong doing...what started it
anyway didnt mean to disrespect you or anything like that
wow i cant blame zidane no more f88k wc he just dissed all muslims n called them terriorists so boy........i think more ppl would have reacted the same if they were in his position!!!...im so f88ckin vexed at the stupid italians...
It was not the first time???? Do you recall any other incident? Zidane has always been a true gentleman. Italians know nothing about sportsmanship, just look at their league...
A couple years ago Zidane headbutted a player from Hamburg in a UEFA game resulting in being sent off
in 1998 world cup (i think then) he stepped deliberately on a Saudi player and was sent off....Zidane in some places in known for having his breaking point

but can't you see, it DOESN'T MATTER what he said!!!!!!
what is wrong with some of you? This is professional soccer!!!! I've been told so many god damn things on the field, and if i were to react each time, then i'd have 7 red cards, and i'd be suspended indefinitely.
it doesn't matter who started or what was said. Zidane is not new to football, and people will say stuff tactically to get under his skin because HE ALLOWS THEM TO, and look what happened.
i can't believe people are DEFENDING him????
for the record, i don't condone what materazzi did by any means, but THIS IS PROFESSIONAL sport and IS TO BE EXPECTED.
now for the love of god, let's throw away this gheyrati attitude and stop saying stuff like "i'd do the same, good for zidane", because it shows selfishness...he let down his team, his nation, his family, and more importantly, himself by REACTING to what some guy might have said, regardless of what that something is.
for those of you who can't take trash talking on the field, i suggest you never play organized football.

And I can't believe you are excusing that behaviour with just IT'S PART OF THE GAME crap talk.
Too bad Zidane only went for his chest. He should have gone for the side of his head and put him in a coma or better yet a two footed challenge from behind to tear his ligaments and force him to retire from football alltogether. If football is a contest of who can be a bigger a**hole, then so be it, it needs to be done and the best way is to be the bigger a**hole is through being as vicious as possible and injuring the opponents is fine and part of the game.
If I was the French coach, I would have instructed someone to wind Totti up and get him sent off. Or better yet, take out Cannavaro with a high challenge on his knees. This is PART OF THE GAME AFTERALL, isn't it?
Oh and lastly, it seems playing unfairly gets you more championships than playing fairly, so I will feel vindicated after it with the bloating collection of trophies in the cabinet, thank you very much!
what happend in yesterdays is rooted in the sick tradition of racism. I think the debate that wether italy used this as a tactic to win or not is not the main issue. I think muslims and arabs have been labled as exteremists for a while, specially after 911 the trend of anti muslim and arab has sky rocketed. on the other hand there is a great deal of racism within the football fans in europe. im not trying to justify violence but after looking at what these minorities have to go through in europe, and after all this anti muslim and arab propoganda, somebody has to say enough is enough. Thank god that this is becoming a central issue which might help to shed some light on whats going on in our societies at large and our sports communities.
Guardian online has some interesting new reports on this that you guys may want to read.
umm..notice how I said "I DON'T CONDONE THE BEHAVIOUR"...
secondly, you are causing bodily harm to someone, rather than just saying meaningless words that a player like Zidane MUST know is being said so that he reacts.
I guess you've never played football before?
