Tired of Italian Wannabes Bashing Zidane

For all you italian "supporters" and hate zidane for that headbutt, try and understand.

I always wanted Italy to win the world cup, simply because I've watched Serie A and La Liga for the longest time and know more of their players than anyone from even Team Melli.

Zizou played at Juve won Italian hearts and now because of one of the dirtiest players (Materazzi) he has been shown as a criminal to many fools. Materazzi is a brutal player, ask Inzaghi who got in a fight with him in Serie A and even Nesta his own teammate when Inter vs Milan was on.

Zidane is a legend, Italy won the world cup, if my Italian friends can agree with that then I only laugh when I hear Zidane bashing from supporters who don't fully understand football.

support Italy, don't shame a legend cause of some idiot on the team.

A dirty thug for that? After all the sh*t he'd been hearing from that animal?!

Obviously the ones who call him that haven't seen more than 3 football matches in the last 10 years; I've seen worse things in a football match, brutal challenges for NOTHING! At least Zidane had a good "reason" for doing that...

I'll give an example of a real dirty thug: the Moroccan player Bouaouzan who gave that Dutch player Niels Kokmeijer a death-kick for nothing!! The Dutch player had to go through dozens of surgeries and his career is over. It's not even sure if he can walk properly again...

Here's a link to an article about that:
        http://www.nos.nl/sport/artikelen/20...kokmeijer.html

That's a thug! Not a legend like Zidane. Now everyone's exxagerating his action as if he's stabbed Materazzi or something.
Don't be biased! I've seen a footage on youtoube a couple of weeks ago with dozens of much much worse challenges.
Persian Pride running through my veins!

        Esteghlal for life!!

well you know what im sick of, you people making a big deal out of this STILL

Zidane is a legend NO DOUBT.... but dont make a hero out of a GAAV. If materazzi is an animal then Al zidane is no better cuz he lowered his dignity to that animal, so they're on the same level!

first of all who are you talking to?

I started this thread, I posted my reasons why I support Italy and why even my Italian friends wouldn't shame Zidane... etc... I already stated my point.

It doesn't matter if you loved Italy since you were 5 years old, the fact is when my italian friends respect a legend on the opposition, that shows more than any other Italian supporter.
