thank god ade is leaving and we can make some bucks off that 20million to buy a decent striker and midfielder. apparently arsenal is trying to get star striker of bordeaux, Chamakh and he desires to play in Arsenal too.

Arsenal striker Robin van Persie reportedly turned down the chance to join Chelsea, Manchester City, Inter and Juventus in order to remain with Arsenal.

We have ambition, we dont believe its necessary to spend 250million for 3 players. I dont believe it is right as well

I think Arsenal can win titles look at not last season the season before we were 1st for 3/4 of the season (without Henry) and crumbled because of injuries. Last year again we can injury issues and the lack of depth was the issue.

All we need is the depth to cover injuries and tighten the defense slightly and we are set.

I think this year we will be top 3 for sure

For me, Arsene Wenger is God.....my prophet is the late, great Thierry Henry, and his disciples are the 11 men sent out onto the pitch for every game.

Wenger should have a job for life. We don't want to sack him and then face the kind of instability that Chelsea have had, 4 managers in the space of a couple of years.

Carlos Vela didn't play that many games this season and when he did he scored 3 Great chipping goals. Our future star without a doubt.

very true, but its getting to a point as an arsenal fan...we dont care about the beautiful football, we want trophies. ill take boring 1-0 wins all season as long as we get the trophy.

the trophies will come, if we sell ade for the 60 million pound offer from Man City and signed Chamakh we will be set.

Chamakh has the potential to become a Henry, he has great vision, passing and is not greedy.

If Arsenal manages to first of all get rid of Adebayor and THEN get Chamakh and a good CM like Banega, then I'm really looking forward to the next season with better success and with the likes of Eduardo trying hard this summer to not get injured again and Rosicky's return!!!

This 2 day tournament is hosted by Arsenal FC for a group of 4 teams. A team gets a point for a goal, a point for a draw, and 3 points for a win. Each team plays 2 games only. The teams this year are Arsenal FC, Paris Saint-Germain, Rangers, and Atletico Madrid.

so basically it says he's back on full fitness which is the same thing it said in Arsenal.com month ago and Arsenal will play Barnet FC so will be interesting to see if he sees some action in that one.

btw...chamakh wont be coming to arsenal. bordeaux dismissed the rumors.
