    They had little choice, damn Zlatan why did they sign him. Hopefully Mancini knows something I don't because I hate that guy. I was thinking how bare Newcastle was upfront, so this is a good signing by them. But Martins won't get them 20 goals, maybe 10, they still need a solid hold up striker, which Shameobi isn't great at.

        I know.
        We need more power as Shearer is gone.
        With him we might have a small chance of getting to europe (again) or atleast win the uefa cup this year.

            Martins will kill it in Newcastle but belive me when i say

            Martins will end up in Chelsea next season....if he has 1 good season this year with Newcastle he will end up in Chelsea next year

                i will miss martins with all my heart
                he is one of the greatest players at inter
                one of the best everrr !!!
                i cannot see him being replaced by zlatan and crespo
                they are two very good talented strikers ..
                but still.. no one could fill up martins' shoes
                hope he has a good season with newcaslte.. they are a good team
                im happy for him no matter what

                  He played today against Aston Villa (villa won 2-0) and he got injured in the hour mark.
                  He wasnt bad but he was no Shearer.

                          well, he's a good player but the talent all depends on how old you believe he is.
