Bresciano, Kewell and Viduka missing so I wouldn't call it their best team but still a massive upset.

Australia should have had Kuwait for breakfast. Hopefully this will speed things in and get someone qualified to coach Australia, not Graham Arnold.

Must be the HEAT in Kuwait. I recall its cooler in Europe and Australia where these lads are playing. The shock of such heat must have gotten to them, hence the Kuwaiti "hot weather specialists" decided to show what its like playing in 40 deg Celsius

I agree man however i also feel that maybe Arnold will start taking his opposition seriously. This was purely a case of "easy opposition so ill bring a young squad" and more mistakes like this and Arnold wont be around for long.

I was under the impression that he was at the helm as more of a "caretaker" until the FFA gets its act together and appoints a new coach.

Well that is the case and there was a minor chance he would stay at teh helm but i was just watching SBS and they were saying how they think the FFA will look to be getting a new coach sooner rather then later. I gotta say that i agree.

hopefully this will give the AFF a wake up call and start seriously searching for a class coach.

Anyways, a loss like this to Kuwait (under any circumstances) will hurt the Aussie's moral. Remember they did well in W.C. to a great part because of their coach, Hiddink.
