I just saw on goal tv that barcelona, which is the last major team without a sponsor on their jersey, is finally getting one. This sponsor is UNICEF!
And instead of unicef paying barca, barcelona is actually paying unicef!!! I think this is a wonderful move from barcelona and hopefully it can revolutionize team sponsorships. The Gol tv guy with that strong accent that seems to be commentating on EVERY SINGLE game said that he will be first in line to buy 2 or 3 jerseys.
