He is def a great DM but hmmmm i wonder if that big flag in your avatar has anything to do with your decision.

I just think he is too hot and cold, he can be the best in the world in one game and then he can be the most average player the next.

Vieira, Emerson, Xavi, Gilberto Silva, Makelele, Essien just to name a few who i think rate above Alonso in terms of a consistent contribution.
