that game was a sign of the future for brazil. The first half they played all of their stars and it was 1-0. Kuwait even had a breakaway but they screwed it up. the second half they put in their players that played in brazil and they added 7.

                      Brazil-Lebanon friendly off
                      http://www.the-afc.com/english/media...ls&newsID=7078

BEIRUT: Five-time world champions Brazil will not be playing a friendly against Lebanon on October 10, 2006, announced the Lebanon Football Association on Thursday.

The FA spokesman said they had received "a phone call from the Brazilian embassy" that the match was off as the former world champions are already scheduled to play Ecuador on that day.

The FA has now proposed November 15 as a probable date for the friendly whose idea took roots after the President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, suggested that Brazil play a match for peace in the war-torn country.

Brazil play Kuwaiti champions Kuwait Sports Club in Kuwait City on October 7 before playing Ecuador three days later though the venue has not yet been decided.
