yeah, you're contradicting yourself a bit. Surely Rooney is one of the few English players actually graced with some technical talent.
In terms of skill, ability to keep possession, and create opportunities I would rank England below most of the second rate European nations, never mind above Argentina, Spain, Czech, Italy, France etc. Macedonia passed them off the park at Old Trafford!Comment
