yes they are very important players but how are you going to put a percentage to that. as much as messi scores sometimes he is a bit selfish in my opinion and doesn't find open players in front of net. for example today he scored, but had numerous opportunities to find and put henry in goalscoring positions and didn't because he was trying to do it all himself. You're trying to make a point that Barca doesn't play as a team, and ur simply wrong. Yes we have a couple of superstars. But are you going to say that the reason Man Utd. won the champions and league last year is because of there superstar ronaldo?

Guardiola like most good coaches has built a system that suits his players, and from the start he said that xavi and messi were going to have important roles to play. Guardiola is still building this team and as of right now the experience of xavi and talent of messi are key for us to assure victories. Eventually, hopefully, under Guardiola we will see a team that won't rely as much. Sure we rely on them a lot right now becuase they are our most talented players but we have had successful games without messi. eto'o is scoring plenty of goals, busquets is one of the leagues newest young stars, yaya toure is playing amazing, and our defence has been solid.
