I know different football fans prefer to different styles but there aren't many that consider Barca's style not enjoyable.
actually I've heard from many people Arsenal and Barca play the best style which I agree.

pepe's team is a lot better than Rijkard in the sense that Barca is taking every game like It's a final an the win is a MUST.
I got to say with the addition of Alvez, He's given Barca a new dimension and definitely our best buy.

    GRACIAS PEP

IMO Reijkard's Barca in the first 2 years was amazing and as good as Pepe.
Anyway I really enjoy watching Barca's games even as a Real's fan.
Barca is currently the best team and plays the most beautiful football.

It's Barca's philosophy to play like that. It's their culture.
Doesn't matter who the coach Barca always play attacking football.
The difference IMO between that team and this team is we're using the chances and getting results along with possession and great stats as we always had.

The reason Rijjkaard failed was because of his over-confidence.
He believe that he was immortable and paid the price.

Although i respect the man , i still believe he did not bring anything to the club..
We can look back at those 2 glorious years and thank one man , Ronaldinho Gaucho.

          End of discussion.

your culture was to always pass the ball around until your best player (your saviour) does something. now since you have so much quality its less but you still depend on messiah too much.

it's ignorant to think Ronaldinho did all the work during those 2 years.

it takes a great coach to be able to organize and make a strategy for talented players to play well together.

Yeah Rijkaard's 4-3-3 is still being used by Pep today, but with even more effectiveness.

it's amazing how Barcelona and Madrid etc... change their coaches so often yet Manchester United have had Ferguson for like 23 years.

what does it take to find a coach like him, or is the EPL that much easier to coach than La Liga?

Its quiet interesting how EPL teams tend to keep their managers and give them a lot chances even if they don't deliver at first. However, Laliga teams are more like our own league, a couple of bad results, or a season of failure to reach expectation can get a coach fired.
I don't think laliga can ever be like EPL to keep coaches for that long

                              GRACIAS PEP

I agree Rijkard's team was so dependent on R10, when he had a bad day, Barca had a bad day.
But pepe's team is a TEAM, you see Messi's brilliance all the time but you also see the combination between all the players and every single player(Henry, Etoo, Xavi, Alvez) can produce something special. WE are no more a one man team.
