    heres the schedule for opening night (all times in EST)

    Atlanta @ Philadelphia 7:00pm
    Indiana @ Charlotte 7:00pm
    Chicago @ Orlando 7:00pm
    NO/Okla. City @ Boston 7:30pm
    Toronto @ New Jersey 7:30pm
    Milwaukee @ Detroit 8:00pm
    Washington @ Cleveland 8:00pm
    New York @ Memphis 8:00pm
    Sacramento @ Minnesota 8:00pm
    Houston @ Utah 9:00pm
    Portland @ Seattle 10:00pm
    L.A. Clippers @ Phoenix 10:30pm
    L.A. Lakers @ Golden State 10:30pm

                    i live in VA = DC but I hate the wizards....
                    My team has been NYK for years and hopefully they ll be better this season....

                      They have great players but cant play together. Maybe they just needed a better coach. They got a new center, curry i think...i hope they make the playoffs at least

                        thx for clearing that up. when you click on "2006-2007 regular season schedule" in nba site, it automatically goes to november 1st so i thought that would be the first day.
