I've been looking for this for ages... John Sitton was manager of Leyton Orient when they were on one of the worst runs of form in English football. This is from a tv documentary on his battle against the odds to turn the team around. He eventually got sacked with a dreadful record of P47 W7 D9 L31! but the man is a genius!
