how come you can try out? i thought the only way to play in MLS is by going in by the draft.

there is/was a tryout. $115 i think, and u get a free pair of tickets and a t-shirt. tryouts r for 14 and over, check there site for more info.

yes guys you can tryout for Toronto FC.

the fee is: $110 + GST + applicable fees

-Players currently registered with a Professional Club will need to bring a waiver from their current club allowing them to attend Toronto FC Open Tryouts.
-Tryouts will be on Astroturf and therefore players will have to have appropriate foot attire
-Only accepting payment by credit card ($110 CDN + $6.60 GST)
-Names will be entered into a database
-Legal info waiving liability and lost items
-Please note that if you are not a Canadian citizen, you will need to have health insurance coverage from your home country.

Tryouts will be from December 18-22 @ Ontario Soccer Centre
