I thought I'd start this topic being a West Ham fan. I don't really know what other people think of the Icelandic guy buying out the club, but I think it can only do us good. From what I've read it seems he's going to stay in the background and let Pardew spend the money which is how it should be. I haven't heard any figures of how much money he will be given, but I just hope we aren't turned into a mini-Chelsea and have to pay 2 or 3 times a player's value just because they know we can afford more.

west ham did good to buy Tevez and Mascherano, but forgot to build a team around them.
Bringing 2 Argentinian superstars doesn't mean you're gonna win the league.
