    so disrespectful
"Ronaldo is certainly able to walk normally again but he still needs some time to get into shape, as evidenced by some recent unflattering pictures taken of him on a yacht."

AC Milan blame Kaka injury problems on Brazilian surgery
                    tribalfooball.com - August 07, 2008

AC Milan medical chief Jean Pierre Meersseman believes Kaka's new knee problems are a result of him undergoing minor surgery at the end of last season - against the club's wishes.

The decision was made between Kaka and Brazil's coaching staff and Meersseman is convinced that this is why the midfielder is now struggling with tendonitis.

He said: "With the operation that the player wanted time was lost because he had to do rehabilitation, without being able to follow the treatment we had previously set for him.

"The original injury is not the cause of the new tendonitis."

AC Milan miss out on Ivanovic

Swiss defender Philippe Senderos has left Arsenal for AC Milan, on a season-long loan deal, to add Serie A experience to his achievements.

Senderos, 23, underwent medical examinations in Italy on Tuesday and has now completed the move to Milan, the premier club announced on Wednesday.

According to Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who has recently signed Manchester United's stopper Mikael Silvestre, the large number of defenders in his squad prompted the move.

"The thinking is that he does not get games here and (this way he) gets top-level games somewhere," Wenger said. "We have congestion in there and we want him to play without losing him."

Senderos was largely blamed for contributing to the Gunners' Champions League exit last season. His blunders led to two goals from Sami Hyypia and Fernando Torres resulting in a 4-2 (agg. 5-3) defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.

The Rossoneri are to host Bologna on Sunday in their season opener. Senderos, however, is not expected to take part in Sunday's action.

The Swiss moved to Arsenal from Servette Geneva in 2003 and scored four goals during his 115 appearances for the club.
