he's only asking and probably will be denied...

Berlusconi is hungry for Brazillians, and knowing that he will never get his hands on Dinho why would he give up the best Brazillian player on the planet for a mere 80 million which he can't buy anyone else of that quality with?

Angry Milan Will Not Respond To AS Over Kaka Claims

The Rossoneri do not want to continue being involved in the Kaka stories being published by the Spanish newspaper 'AS'.

zoom - galleria The war between Milan and AS continues as the Rossoneri have taken a stand against the Spanish newspaper and will not continue responding to the 'invented' stories by AS.

In fact, on Sunday, AS published a story where it stated that Kaka has demanded a move to Madrid, something which the Italian giants categorically denied.

In the meantime, Milan have published an announcement on their official website.

"AC Milan announces that from today onwards, they will not respond to the lies published by the daily Spanish newspaper 'AS' with regards to the unreal transfer of Kaka to Real Madrid."

However, this will unlikely stop AS from publishing further stories on this transfer as the Merengues will continue to try to convince the newly crowned European Champions to let their star player go

Adriano Galliani, who had earlier today guaranteed that Kaka would be a Milan player on September 1, has decided to go a step further and launch an attack on Pedja Mijatovic.
"I have asked [Real Madrid] sporting director Pedja Mijatovic to drop this business about Kaka," thundered Galliani.
"I told him enough is enough - obviously in a polite way.
"Kaka will stay in Milan. He has a contract and I believe he is happy here.
"This situation is annoying, but it proves that we have the best player in the world.”
Speaking about reports from AS suggesting that Kaka had asked president Silvio Berlusconi for a move to Madrid, the Milan vice president said: "It is like the photo they published.
"They are cunning, but they also need to know that Berlusconi and I will never agree to let the player leave."
In fact, he even hinted that that the player will be offered a much improved contract.
"His father, who at the same time is also his agent, knows that we will discuss a new contract once he's back from vacation," said Galliani.
"In four years, we have discussed four contracts with Kaka, and I hope he'll opt for a 5th one running until 2012."
He admitted Milan were still chasing Ronaldinho and Eto'o, but took another shot at Mijatovic, insisting that he would not act like the Madrid sporting director had.
"We will try not to behave like he does, we first consult the club leadership and then the players," he explained.
"If Barcelona have declared that Eto'o and Ronaldinho won't move, then we won't chase them."
That should just about end Real Madrid's chase of Kaka. Madrid had formulated a plan B which included the likes of Alves and Robben, and their recent movements suggest that they might just be ready give up on the Milan man and choose that.
Galliani concluded by speaking about Ricardo Oliveira's future, and hinting at a move away: "As for Oliveira, we have received requests by two or three clubs, this means that he could be sold."

Milan Priced Out Of Pato Race - Galliani

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has ruled out a move for Alexandre Pato.

Pato has a 15 million euro buy-out clause, one that clubs such as Chelsea and Inter Milan are more that willing to meet.

The Nerazzurri have gone a step further and are willing to dish out even more, supposedly spending the extra money on helping his relatives settle in Italy.

The developments seem to have ruled Milan out of the running, with Galliani stating that Milan cannot spend so much money on a young and unproven player.

"Ancelotti tells me that Pato is a very talented youngster, but he is young and I believe that you can’t spend that much on a player when it’s not certain he will become the new Kaka," he said.

This puts Chelsea and Inter in pole position, even though Pato himself wants to move to Milan and join compatriots Kaka and Ronaldo, the latter being an idol of his.

"To play alongside Ronaldo would be the best," he had told the Gazzetta dello Sport. "I often play as Milan on the Playstation, and there are so many Brazilians there."

Taking Galliani's comments, he might just have to restrict playing on behalf of Milan to the Playstation!

There will be questions, though, over why Milan are refusing to spend in the transfer market. Galliani has already admitted they were priced out of a move for Thierry Henry, and indicated that meeting Eto'o and Ronaldinho's wages could also be difficult.

Galliani Leaves Door Open For Cassano

The vice-President of the Rossoneri admitted that he would be fascinated by the idea of signing the Real Madrid forward.

Milan continue their search for a new striker, and Adriano Galliani spoke to 'Sky' about the possibility of signing Ronaldinho or Eto`o'.

"I don't disturb other clubs. I spoke to the most important director of Barcelona after Laporta, who is Mister Ferron Soriano. Ronaldinho and Eto`o' are not for sale right now.

Galliani might therefore opt for a different solution, like the return of Antonio Cassano from Spain.

"I like Cassano as a player, but we must all agree about it. I like him because it would be a fascinating challenge, the talent is not lacking to this player and maybe in the Milan environment he would do well."

Then there's always the possibility of a Shevchenko return.

"We must understand if there's the possibility, but even here Chelsea told us no. And if there is, we must see at what price."

would prefer him over adriano, but not over drogba or villa. Over shevchenko im not so sure

Real Zaragoza Net Ricardo Oliveira - Report

Radio Marca are claiming that Real Zaragoza have reached an agreement to sign Ricardo Oliveira on loan from Milan.

zoom - galleria Ricardo Oliveira's adventure with Milan is at an end.

The Brazilian does not feature any more in the Rossoneri's plans, and will return to Spain after just one season in Italy.

Reports from Italy suggest various clubs from Spain are interested in signing him, with Villarreal and Real Zaragoza leading the race.

However, Radio Marca are claiming that Zaragoza have already won the race, having reached an agreement with the Milan bosses.

Oliveira had caught the eye of the Milan scouts in the past season, following two impressive years with Real Betis, where he scored 27 goals from 46 matches played.

However, the Brazilian player failed to live up to the expectations as his lack of goals cost Milan important points in the early part of the season.
