including appearances in the Copa del Rey and European Cup Winners Cup), and then transferred to Inter Milan the following year.

A year after the 1998 FIFA World Cup, he severely injured his right knee and was out of the game for several months. During his first comeback in 2000, he played only seven minutes during a league game against Lazio before injuring his knee for a second time.

After two operations and 20 months of rehabilitation, Ronaldo came back for the 2002 FIFA World Cup, in which he scored two goals against Germany in the final. Ronaldo was the top scorer of the 2002 World Cup with eight goals, helping Brazil win their fifth World Cup title. Later in 2002 he won the World Player of the Year award for the third timeRonaldo was such a well-known signing that sales of his shirt on the day of his signing alone broke all records the world over. Proof of his fame came with the fact that even though Ronaldo was sidelined through injury until October 2002, fans continued to chant his name in the stands. Ronaldo scored twice in his debut for Real Madrid. That same reception was observed on the night of the final game of the season against Athletic Bilbao, where Ronaldo scored again to seal his first season with 23 league goals (not including the goals in the UEFA Champions League that included a hat-trick away at Manchester United - which the Manchester United fans gave him a standing ovation for, as he was substituted, which showed great respect for Ronaldo's ability) and the La Liga Championship title for 2003, which Ronaldo had previously failed to win whilst at FC Barcelona.

Ronaldo has enjoyed success at the international level, winning the 1994 and 2002 FIFA World Cups with Brazil. Ronaldo has won three FIFA World Player of the Year awards (1996, 1997, 2002). Ronaldo and former Real Madrid teammate Zinedine Zidane are the only two men to have won the award three times.

You guys start with :bs: , you get responded with :bs: . When your friend LAmba (land of Samba) starts with BS and calling a great player an ordinary player just to piss us off while he knows that his own soccer skills is barely 1/3 of mine (proven on the soccer field, you are invited to come and watch) and while he knows that he can't even name half of the Brazil's squad, then what is your expectation?

Now you come and ask me how old I am?!?!? absurd...

so, make up your mind my little brother, you wanna talk logical or BS me?

Do you guys remember when he spat in Christian Poulsen's face in EURO 2004? Or when he on purpose jumped on one of his opponents while he was lying down on the ground? I've got the picture, I'll try to upload it.
Here is another proff of what an animal is that Poulsen:

At Euro 2004, Totti garnered negative media attention when he spat at Christian Poulsen, a midfielder for Denmark. Totti was subsequently banned until the semi-finals, but did not play in the tournament again, as Italy failed to qualify for the next round. In defense of Totti, Poulsen has developed a reputation for a dirty player. The Danish defender was described as "a coward" by A.C. Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti during the 05-06 season, for his continuous provocation of with the ball far away.[1], Sporting Life.

Milad, great article on Ronaldo.....He is the MAN....The soccer world is gonna have to wait for a long time before another Ronaldo is born...No too many players have acheived what he has, considering all injuries that he has indured and came back from..Any other soccer player would have retired!
Viva, you hate Brasil and all Brasilian players also, so why do you complain about it??
Totti is an average player, you know this and I know this...Besides, he is a fag, has an attitude, is an a-hole, etc...

That doesn't make Totti's action any less despicable. Just shows Totti's weakness to provocation.

People who say Totti sucks have no clue what talent is, or can't be objective for the fear of praising someone they hate.

What Haf3z said is totally true and thats how I see things. And most people who aren't so emotionally biased. Some people can ignore that bad side of his to see how truly amazing Totti really is.
