    Milad jan u are correct, being a striker is being more difficult, look who is criticized first in the press, "strikers who do no score"(Sheva, Ronaldo, Drogba 2 years ago, etc) a defender can hide his mistakes more easily and strikers often receive losts of blame. How often do u hear, "We created a lot of chances but could not convert." it is the most difficult aspect of football hands down.

      NO its the most talked about aspect of football cuz scoring matters. Those are the moments they show in the highlights.....


      WHICH brings us to the POINT that Good defending is essential, otherwise Good strikers can take advantage.

          im happy cannavaro won the award thing..
          it wouldve been awesome if buffon got it though, but its ok. didnt buffon get like 2nd place?
