What is the FESPIC Games?
The FESPIC Games is the biggest multi-sports & multi-disability event for athletes with disabilities in Asia and Oceania, and the second largest Games in the world, after the Paralympic Games. The FESPIC Federation have been organising the Games every four years, since the inaugural Games in Oita, in 1975 which saw 973 athletes from 18 countries. The last FESPIC Games was help in Busan, Korea in 2002 which saw 3,800 athletes and officials from 43 member nations taking part in 17 sports.
