Guus Hiddink's Agent Confirms Interest From Several Clubs Including Liverpool & Juventus
Liverpool and Juventus have made early contact, says Hiddink's representative...
Guus Hiddink's agent Cees van Nieuwenhuizen has admitted an interest in his client from Liverpool and Juventus, as well as other suitors, but moving forwards there are no firm plans or talks on the horizon.
The Russia coach has been linked with both the Bianconeri and a possible role at Anfield in place of Rafa Benitez.
However, progress seems amble as Hiddink takes a step back in Holland.
"I have spoken to the representatives of four clubs and five national teams," he told Sovetskiy Sport.
"It's regarding all the teams that have been mentioned in the papers. From Liverpool to Juventus. In any case, like I have said before, there have not been any talks to take this further.
"We told everyone that we have to speak with the Russian FA before anything else so we can clarify his future there. He will speak with the Russians to see if they confirm him as coach.
"He is currently in Amsterdam, but could fly back to Russia to speak with the FA."

Rafa Benitez DOES IT AGAIN
He HAD TO FUK IT UP
FFS
benching our best player in the last game and replacing him for an UNFIT, OUR OF FORM Gerrard.
for the first time in my life, I was so pissed of to see Gerrard starting.
and there goes 2 points.
Aquilani puts an amazing display last week and now gets dropped for Gerrard. disgraceful.
even Gerrard admitted, that he has not played that badly since he was 7, yet Rafa plays him when he is 50% fit.
if It ain't broke why fix it?? the team totally outplayed Spurs last week, and he changes the winning formation and line up.
AH
AH
AH
and when we are looking for a goal, he refuses to bring him on. embarrassing.
We have to much potential to play attacking football, but Rafa is way too cautious, like playing 2 Defensive Midfielders against WOLVES ?????
3 Aquilani starts --> 3 wins
3 Aquilani on the bench --> 3 draws
the story of last month, summed up. draw conclusions

this fool team beat your team 5-0 in aggregate less than a year ago, the only team that can't mock us is RM without doubt

beat RM in Bernabeu, 3 days later lose to Middlesborough who had not won a game in 3 months and it cost us the title.
I guess Xerez will stand a better chance against us compared to Real Madrid. and I actually mean it.
ps. non-Liverpool fans who comment here, please include your actual knowledge and input instead of taking advantage of the crisis and attempting a pathetic attack to a man who is already down
and thank you

elnino, i would love to make fun of you but it seems this topic seems very important to you
big question is, the niggling injuries to Torres and Gerrard? I don't get it. They've been injured, come back for 2-3 games, then get injured again.
you lack strength in depth, you lose gerrard and torres, then you can beat liverpool.. i guess you can say the same with manchester united and rooney aswell.I've learnt it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts

we ain't a 2 men team anymore
Gerrard ain't important anymore, he has a negative effect on the team with his attitude. Have you noticed why Lucas and Insua play so much worse when Gerrard is on the pitch? same goes with Ngog. because younger players are scared of him atnd his attitude.
last night, Ngog was the only player keeping the ball on the ground and doing tricky dribbles, he misplaced one cross (Gerrard overhit like 134 crosses himself) and Gerrard started yelling at him with piss poor attitude and Gerrard never tracked back.
no player is bigger than the Club, if you have poor attitude and sulk all the time, you gotta be benched. no matter if your last name is Steven Gerrard or Mohammad Khakpoor, or Lauri Dalla Valle.
I wish Capello doesn't call him up for the upcoming friendly, so he gets a kick in the arse that his place in the NT ain't safe and he has to give a fuk.
depressed that Alonso left? GROW UP, you're the Captain FFS
when Carra is the captain, he inspires everyone and motivates everyone, Gerrard on the other hand, this season ruins the team's confidence and attitude when he is the captain.
his attitude is getting worse every game, from not touching the ball @ Goodison Park to pathetic dives instead of any creative movements in the second half against Arsenal, to whining and giving up against Pompey, not tracking back against Reading, and now totally disinterested last night.
ironically, despite losing to Reading, we played so much better in the second half against Reading when Stevie went off.
he is a fuking legend and my favorite player ever, but he is no bigger than the club and he must realize it. what kind of fukin mentality would say after drawing Wolves "1 point gained, rather than 2 points dropped" You're the CAPTAIN FFS
