Add to that he wasn't even born in England. He was born 2 hours away from here. But still he considers himself completely English. He says the fact he was born in Canada means little, doesn't matter where he was born, he'd be an Englishman.

Anyways he deserves it, works tirelessly, and I love when he dribbles its usually spontaneous and unorthodox.
