liverpool cant get chucked out of the EPL because they bring the glory of history to it. EPL without Kop would be pointless...half the legends would be forgotten, so the FA gov'nas wont even consider it! Besides, legally, it was not an incident which ocured during a match, training, or any other time related to a team's footballing activities. While it's true that they were in Portugal as a team, they were not training at teh time so it is not a matter for the FA but rather a matter for the police, if they shoudl choose to treat it as Actual Bodily Harm or Assault, though I think they'll just give Bellamy a fine for Drunken misconduct...
