bayern played excellent!!
however, van bommel missing next game is gonna be a big blow to them!!! he was dominating the midfield, specially in the first half..

hargreaves still hasnt picked up his form yet..
lahm, sagnol and salihamidzic were amazing!!

makaay and podolski worked hard, but should have converted their chances!! (except for the 1st goal)
kahn, lucio and van buyten were also good.

in real madrid, ramos played very well, torres was good too although he was owned by lahm and schweinsteiger a few times..

casillas was the best player on the pitch today!! if real didnt have casillas..

Well it's good to see Bayern slowly getting some of their confidence back, even if we don't win the CL maybe we can salvage something from the domestic season.

It was a dream start to set up the win (fastest goal in CL history!!) but it got a bit too close for comfort at the end, and the MvB suspension was really unnecessary, there's not many easy teams left but i hope we get PSV next round (and so do 6 other teams).

Well it should be interesting to see what happens to Capello, hands down the worst manager Real's had in recent memory, but it will be expensive to terminate his contract now.
