van gaal is the number 1 candidate right now, although he has a contract with AZ alkmaar till 2010,but he has publically stated he wants to come to bayern.
apparently there is a 2 million euro charge for cancelling his contract which probably bayern will have to pay if they bring him.

i have read about man utd, hamburg, inter, real madrid, bayern all having interested in DIFFERENT AZ players from GK, to defenders, midfielders and forwards. and they are not even the same players! so AZ might do a whole sale this 1 or 2 seasons
however, in bayerns case particularly, van gaal has said he wants to bring AZ captain, that 25 year old dutch midfielder Stijn Schaars to bayern.

I agree, AZ has a very talented squad and some of them will definitely leave this summer.

These are the players I think will leave:

1. Demy de Zeeuw - Will definitely leave. Hsv is very interested.
2. Stijn Schaars - The captain and leader of AZ. Van Gaal's favorite player. I hope he doesn't leave cause he is vital to AZ.
3. Moussa Dembele - One of the biggest talents in the Dutch league. Half of Europe is looking for his services.
4. Mounir El Hamdaoui - Top scorer of the dutch league.
5. Sergio Romero - Talented Argentinian goalkeeper. A regular in maradonna's squad when fit.
