def, through out years, we have not had all the hype and spending power of Man U, Real Madrid, Barca, AC, and Chelsea of recent years.

When the CL season starts every year, you rarely if ever hear Bayern's name among favorits, while Barca, Madrid, AC, Chelsea, ManU, Liverpool, etc are always mentioned.

chi migi to kachal, rast mi'gam dighe...ma key favorit boodim to een 7-8 sal akheer...to alman baleh, hameh maateh Bayernan...vali to Europa, Bayern hasn't been amont the top 5-6 clubs, and that's a fact, which makes our runner-up place this season even more exciting.

Its not about which teams spends more. Bayern have a great history in Europe and Germany. Recent years they have underperformed but their name is always amongst powerhouses.

no denying that, but look man, you take a look over at the roster of Bayern and compare that to all the clubs I mentioned above and we are not even close....History and the past doesn't win you cups, but spending money does. We get Robbin who was a bench warmer at Real and he becomes our star and takes us to the final....other than him and Ribery, who are the known players who can match the likes of Kaka, Ronaldo, Raul, Benzima, or Messi, Henry, all the other Barca stars, or ManU's Rooney, Gigis, ...Chelsea's Lampard, Dragba, etc?...My point is, both in the player department and budget, Bayern is behind other big europeam teams currently and in order for Bayern to make a run to the final, a lot of work has to be put into it and simply needs greater team spirit and belief.

it looks as Wolfsburg managed my McLaren are really strengthening.

they bought Fredrich for close to nothing, and today they bought the most wanted young CB in the world, Simon Kjaer of Palermo for 12M...looks as they wanna be back and hopefully Dejagah will get a starting berth.

as for Bayern, they had a bid of 16M for Coentrao turned down, and also a 20M bid for Neuer turned down by Magath.

if they buy Coentrao (the best young LB in the world) and Neuer (I really like him) and one top CB and thus playing Badstuber as CB with Breno returning, their defense looks solid.


also Bayern are linked with Khedira...looking good for them, just need to make official signings now

no, I read on ESPN, Chelsea, Bayern and Real Madrid are chasing him.

13M Euro apparently, since he has one year left on his contract.

Chelsea have made 2 official signings this summer so far, one Benayoun for 6M, and one some 17 y.o guy from Czech for 5.2 M

apparently, Bayern have a deal agreed for Van Der Wiel, Netherland's right back.

which means Lahm will switch to Left side...17M euro rumoured, after Benfica turned down Coentrao's bid

van der wiel has been great, but i was hoping we would get coentra!
however, van der wiel logically seems a better choice cos he will link up with robben a dutch right flank which means better communication.
on the left will be lahm and ribery who did well previous season.

this way, badstuber will play CB. either of demichellis or van buyten will get benched but i wish we could drop both but breno isnt matured enough to partner badstuber to have 2 young inexperienced CBs for 3 tournaments.

that portugueese central defender, bruno alvez seemed solid enough. we could have atleast bought friedrich whose team relegated! wat i dont like about vangaal is he is restricting himself too much to the dutch league for bringing players to the team and he isnt a big fan of south american footballers otherwise we would have much more variety to pick from.

i dont think we need khedira at the moment, we have schweini and van bommel who pla in the central midfield, we are also bringing back kroos.
khedira will be wasted on the bench.
we cant bench ribery and robben, which means we have to shuffle our attack line which i personally dont want to see either of muller or olic benched. plus we have klose and gomez.

so forget about khedira, even kroos i think we are bringing him back too early and he should have stayed in leverkusen for another season.

we have enough midfielders, we need to spend on defenders, we have 2 unreliable but experienced CBs but one reliable yet inexperienced CB.
we have one decent full back and i dont know why van gaal has brought back brafheid to the team, maybe because brafheid can also play CB.

anyways, ATLEAST, ATLEAST we should buy one more fullback which we are getting van der wiel for.

we need to buy one decent experienced CB and one GK.
ricardo costa and bruno alvez are good. even uruguays logano is a good option.

not really, we owned ur full strength squad with our B team throughout the game and badstuber should have scored the penatly in the beginning of the game to finish it then

we only lost in penalties
