The major difference is that neutrals enjoying watching Brazil play as they make the game look so beautiful.

When watching the likes of Kaka, Ronaldinho dribble the ball
Or Ronaldo or Romario scoring goals
and finally Juninho P shooting the ball from anywhere on the field.. even the biggest haters of the game would enjoy it the spectacle

Whereas only Italy fans enjoy watching them play.
