It will take a lot of focus and determination by the players for that to happen. They need to play the game knowing Milan will rely a lot on Kaka's brilliance as well as the steel of Seedorf, Pirlp and Gattuso (if the Rhino is fit) and they need to stop giving away any unnecessary fouls otherwise we all know what Pirlo is capable of in dead ball situations. Midfield dominance is the key. I wouldnt be surprised if they use a 4-5-1 similar to last night with Rooney lone up front.

u guys need 2 face the facts milans team IS old and we got this far and we played nicely with u guys.. ur team is young as fcuk and could barely beat us.. next yr this time milans team will be very different.. u urd about buffon is cummin to milan probably zambrotta and there is a chance but i doubt it that ronaldinho will come.. dont forget ronaldo will not be cup tied next yr.. if we dun win this yr its ok cuz next yr we will be to strong for every1. this yr we made it this far with maldini and old players your right were old. but we still almost gave it to ya guys.. and its not over dont forget san siro is our house

Okay this discussion is really getting out of hand. 8karimi8 I admire you being a Red Devil, but that said we have to take things logically as at the end of the day we dont know what's going on inside the locker rooms of the two teams and what plans they have up their sleeves.

It will be an interesting game, perhaps United's most important European game in Europe for years (although the rather bad exit to Bayer Leverkusen in the semis back in 2002 still pains me) and it will take a lot of heart and commitment to keep their cool and avoid defeat there. No one is denying the atmosphere San Siro has, no one is denying the grace and genius that is Kaka, but one should not deny that United have come this far playing good positive football and they need to remain positive for these coming games if they do actually want a repeat of 1999.

now we have been reminded time and time again of what Crespo did to United two seasons back, and what ultimately happened to Milan in the final.

But here is a little something of what happened back in 1999 when United faced Juventus at their prime in the semis on our way to the Treble.

thanks for the vid but dont be dreamers.. that team in 1999 was one of the best teams ever.. nt the best united team but one of the best ever.. the team u currently had cannot even be compared to the old 1.. and this milan team right now is very hot.. honestly i wouldnt be shocked if milan didnt go threw because we are not what we were 2 years ago.. but i wil support milan till i die and i think we can win 1-0 just like 2 years ago FORZA MILAN
