For once I thought I would see a fair vote from ManU fans! But I didn't! Biased, biased, biased...

Doesnt really matter does it ? we can vote for anyone we like, but at the end of the day our choices mean sh!t to the actual voters and deciders for these things

I voted Ronaldo because of his overall form and the way he has handled the hostility after the world cup to become the best player in the Premiership now, still aged only 22

I picked one player from each of the semi finalists.
Totti, I think should be there too since he carries a whole team on his shoulder. Not sure about Ibra though. He scored none in CL and was basically a no body!

Golden Ball is for the best player in Europe. I wouldnt be surprised if Kaka pips Ronaldo because of his role in AC Milan's progress to the final of the Champions League after a difficult start to their season.

As I said..both these players have their strong points but I prefer Ronaldo as he has done this much at a younger age than what Kaka is right now. Bear in mind 3 years ago Milan was Shevchenko when Kaka was Ronaldo's age - a great player but not the one you would pin all your hopes on in front of Sheva - and now look at Ronaldo this season.

But if the Golden Ball depends solely on champions league performance than Kaka...if it is in case of both league and cup performance then C.Ronaldo.

Bear in mind it took the older Ronaldo to act as the real catalyst in making Milan surge into the top 4, and not necessarily Kaka unlike C.Ronaldo

Kaka is a team onto himself. He should win the world player of the year award as well and then make the smart move to Real Madrid.

Ronaldo and Figo were both very successful at Real. Real should have never bought Cassano. Beckham ruined the Real Madrid midfield and Cannavaro is adapting to spanish football.

I'm sorry to ruin your dream, Kaka can change a game result, but Ronaldo can not! Look how misrable he was in the last nights game. He could not even move! He is just a showdown, he thinks of football as a show, not a sport. Sorry, but Ronaldo needs to grow up and play as a team player. Kaka has grown so much that in Brazil 89% voted for him rather than Ronaldinho! go figure.

I can't remember a single bad game from kaka like what I saw from Ronaldo last night! That's the difference. I'm sure the ones who vote for the golden ball, will see that.
