Australia Review made by me...

You know..Australia is a national team who really has a great potentioal..not denying that for sure..

BUT I got to say to you something...They are not strong and will never be..
They wont even be mentioned as a superhouse in Asia...

They are good and i look forward to have yet another good team in Asia...

The only thing wich i admire about Australia wich i though i should feel obligated to show you is their squad...Wich is a good squad

If you let me expain this to you...

Kalac And Filan their Goalis are 2nd hand goalis in their clubs...

Popovic,Moore,Lazaridis 3 of their most important defenders are not even first choice defenders in their clubs and sometimes doesnt even make the bench....

The rest plays regularly or as subs in their clubs

Emerton as good as he is he is NOT a regular in Blackburn..NOTE he is 1 of their most important players but is breaking into the starting lineup once again..

Elrich and Skoko are GONE..they played a maximum of 1 game in their clubs so far...

Striking positions are really looking bad...

Viduka is the only striker getting good playtime..

Kewell havent played for Liverpool for more then 18 months and just played around 2-3 games in the last month for the club

Alosi havent scored 1 single goal for his spanish club Alaves this season and his mostly a benchwarmer,.,

GREAT squad on paper..On the field they arent much more then average players..some of them are really good

Specially Brecsiano and Grella who plays for Parma.

Been off club soccer for more then 18months now

Just came back into playing with Australian national team..he helped his team to qualify for the 2006 world cup....

He is the heart of the Australian team..With and without him australia is a different team

asia is under estemating australia big time.
they sure are not a big team when it comes to world football, just like other asian teams.
australia will give asia a hard time, they may not be a power in the world but neither is iran, japan, ksa, or s.korea.
i believe australia will become a power house in asia and will give all the other teams a tough time. only time will tell.

of course they will become a superpower in Asia

But its Australia that will face competition with S.korea,Japan,Saudi,China...Its just good for Asia....Australias move to AFC Is very good and i am happy and aziz noone is underestimating Australia

Asian cup 2007 is 1 tournament i look forward to..
