It has been proven in the past that too many good players on one team can cause players and ultimately the team to underperform.

Such as the case with Real Madrid for a number of seasons when Zidane, Fogo, Ronaldo, Beckham were in.

Real Madrid's situation was way different. I remember when Ronaldo and Zidane were in the squad, everything looked too good to be true... but when Becks came a lot of the players had difficulty keeping chemistry.

But for Barca, all their superstars have the same mentality, and Henry is almost a perfect fit, whereas Madrid made the mistake of bringing in 5 totally different players.
