According to Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Barcelona have made Roma a shocking offer for defender Chivu: 12 million euros plus Silvinho and Giuly. The Rumanian international said: “I won’t renew my contract with Roma, but I have not signed with Inter.” Milan might try and convince Barcelona to sell them Eto’o, but as an alternative they have set their sights on Valencia’s David Villa, offering the club 16 million euros plus Ricardo Oliveira. And let’s not forget that the rossoneri are still after Chelsea strikers Drogba and Shevchenko.

idk if this deal will work because valencia just signed arizmendi; they dont really need oliveira. But again, at least they are talking.
