I posted this on another forum but I'll post it here as well. Yes that was a bad call by the ref but you guys put yourselves in that position. It took 2 goals from USA to wake Canada up. Be honese with yourselves here guys Canada didn't show up at all in the 1st half of that game. Well when you leave everything until the last min you sometiems get burned, and in this case Canada got burned. I will say this tough Canada improved a lot and I have them as the #3 team in the Concaf region. If I were to rank the top 3 teams in Concaf I would put
1-USA
2-Mexico
3-Canada.

In the last decade USA is 8-0-1 agianst Mexico so the tables have turned in this rivalry. Face it guys USA is a good team now they are no longer a joke. However, this is the best I've seen Canada perform I even think they overall played better than Mexico in this tourney.

I saw a bit of that Gold Cup game on TV the other day on, I think it was 'The World Game' on SBS (in Australia). It was the one with the dissallowed goal right? And it was right at the end too wasn't it? Yeah it can irritate you for ages when you think you could've won the match if it weren't for the referee's decision that you're not certain was correct or not. Football seems very unfair sometimes since so much relies on the ref's decisions.

naw im serious, but im not saying canada sucks its just that they cant pull it off when gretzky picks shane doan over a way better player like marleau, he only picked doan because doan is on the coyotes. then he picks bertuzzi a guy who almost killed some1 and ended the poor guys career. good choices were

but doan and draper were horable , i know they can grind down but still marleau and crosby deserved to be on the team.
