England lost Daren Bent, Wayne Rooney, Johonson, Steven Gerraed and Owne Hargreaves to injureies and Peter Crouch has been suspended from the euro 2008 qualifiers.

upfront for england will be Owen and smith also Beckham will play but not for the full game.

Germany have lost Miroslav Klose, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Sami Khedira, Michael Ballack, Mario Gomez, Lukas Podolski, Jan Schlaudraff, midfielders Torsten Frings and Tim Borowski and full-backs Marcell Jansen and Clemens Fritz.

This is a friendly but is much more than a friendly for England and Germany its more like a vendetta .

i dont know bout germany key players but for england bent is a rising star and in the near future i think he will be a very important player for england and johnson i think if he was fit he would of been chosen over smith
