The Iranian supporters were shouting "IRAN IRAN" during the whole match...

It was incredible.....

I am so tired....I just wanted to share the pictures with you guys....

Since I got a good night of sleep.....I am now ready to write about my experience while attending the final against China.

I went there with a couple of my fellow Iranian friends......We took a taxi from the San Ysidro border and the driver mentioned that Iran has been the been the best team in the tournament so far!!!!!!!!!!!

After a 15 minute ride to the complex. we arrived and were amazed by how many Iranians were present......you should have seen the expression on our faces as we entered the gymnasium.....one hour before the match and already everyone was chanting and singing...."IRAN IRAN", "IRAN CHIKARESH MIKONEH? SOORAKH SOORAKHESH MIKONEH!!!!!"

To our surprise, a lot of Mexicans were present and cheering and chanting for Iran....however, on the other side of the court (where the Chinese and other players were sitting) was a different story....everyone else except for us Iranians was cheering for China....even players from other countries (France, India, Poland, Argentina) were supporting the Chinese players......but that does not matter because IRAN IS #1 IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!

Our players were so happy to see how many Iranians have come to support them...you could see the joy on their faces....I believe that is one of the main reasons Iran won the tournament......because of the fans and the energy they gave our players during the difficult times of the match......

In conclusion, it was an awesome experience and I am proud to be present as Iran made history by winning this world championship.....

GO IRAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks a lot for these great pic. i live pretty close to TJ and i wish i would've planned it out so i could've been there too! but congrats to them and all iranians for this great accomplishment!
