Sevilla and Spanish international player Antonio Puerta fainted in the la liga match between Sevilla and Getafe last saturday. He was brought to the hospital and recived treatment.
Today three days later he died at the hospital.
The doctors said that there was something wrong whit his heart and the reason for his death was that some vital organs stopped working.
This is really heartbreaking
