I heard a few nations in Europe were hiring Iranian coaches, but this news is about 5 years old. Iran will never be best, the title will always be S.Korea I think most people aim just for second place, which would be a great accomplishment and something in reach for Iran.

Hadi Saei is in the Hall of Fame from the Taekwando Federation, He has been dubbed 1 of the best Taewvando fighters of the Century...

Yousek Karami is also 1 of the best if not the best in his weight.!!

Its allways been tight on the top 5 countries in the World which includes Japan,Korea and Iran to mention a few

Actually from what I remember Iran beat South Korea in the standings in Asia and got first place in several events. It is always between Iran and South Korea but those two teams are neck and neck now. South Korea doesn't dominate anymore as they once did before. I compare them to the US dream team in basketball. It's no longer a gimmie for South Korea Iran is right on their heels.

no my friend, hadi saei is like the god of his division, no one even comes close to beating him, and when they do its not in a big tournament. LOL.
karami i think will win gold at olympics.
we have behzad khdadad and alot more.
alot of times it comes down to iran - korea in final, and sometimes iran wins.
like in asian games karami won gold beating korea.

I don't mean individuals, I know Iran has some key figures in Tae Kwon Do, but they'll never amount to what S.Korea is. There was this tournament here about 8 years ago. Iran had I believe 5 participants, Turkey roughly 20, and S.Korea maybe 50, and a whole host of other nations. Anyways Iran with just those 5 competitors ranked second, with Turkey coming in 3rd. The sheer number of S.Koreans will be too much for any nation to over come.

Ok I get what you are saying but just give it time and it will come because there is a lot of potential here in Iran.
