how would that work?

- Buy a mid-table championship club

- invest in the squad to win promotion in a season or two (its a tough league trust me)

- sustain the team's top division survival over a few years

- challenge in cup competitions regularly

- stake a claim in top half of the table

- qualify for europe

- maintain this status and allow fan/player confidence.

This can take up to 5-10 years of patience work and interest in the side.
