Originally posted by Suprah View PostIts sad to say, but Ronaldinho doesnt have the grit and focus to do such a thing. Riquelme has throughout his life played as the team's standard bearer. Ronaldinho was initially the 'fancy kid' in Brazil and then PSG where his flair was more about creating and scoring quickly rather than dictating play. Someone like Deco and Xavi are the dictators for Barca, while Ronaldinho is supposed to be the flair player that gives greater quicker creativity at quick pace when needed.

Ronaldinho is another story this year, he isn't at his best obviously, but Messi is stealing the show most of the time. The Worker-communist Party of Iran (WPI)

no one can stop the guy!
ibrahimovic is the only one who would be able to steal that from him so far this year, even kaka cant win it with these two scoring like this!

guys idk what it is...but i just dont like riquelme; never did. Usually i love these creative #10 midfielders, ESPECIALLY ones who dont sell out to the top clubs (well he kinda did when he went to barca for a while, but still he led villareal to the CL semis and now plays in s. america), but for some reason that i just cant figure out i strongly dislike riquelme. I dont understand it.

Rquelme's free kicks were superb, pirlo's could have been saved if the keeper didn't make that mistake but Requelme's two free kicks were works or art.
Requelme is a genious and so is Pirlo, I like the both but I rate Requelme higher because he has the ability to single handedly turn a game around while Pirlo is more of a team player and not a player you can rely on to make big things happen although he is a master of dead ball situations.
