Sparky's Rovers are certainly doing a pretty good job annoying the teams higher than them. I feel the can at least get a point off these Scousers, or with a bit of luck of Gerrard not diving to win a penalty or freekick (something these English kiss-ups tend to almost deliberately ignore), Blackburn may even beat them.

Poor marking for the 1st, no offside for the 2nd goal buildup and a Gerrard dive to win a penalty aside, it was a meh game with Liverpool just surviving till penalties...nothing special in their football which has been meh since august 1990

Couldnt see the entire first half as I had lunch But did see the goal as I got back

BUT...I will say Hagreaves and Anderson in the midfield right now is pure Both are doing superb and our defence is pretty stable. Hargreaves has always been a class act whenever he has played for us this season. Its just sad tendenitis in his knee has kept him on the sidelines a bit too long

But I'm glad he got back just in time when Scholes is out till January due to knee injury. Hargo actually got a yellow for his troubles too. He is making sure Fabregas is having a tough time

Yes he is, nothing special from him. Arsenal have had only two shots on goal, nothing special about them either as Van der Sar had them covered. Just saw the highlights of 1st half Giggs could and should have scored when he just had a sweet cross from Ronaldo to tap in but somehow missed the target with the outside of his foot
