Lets discuss the last games here and who will make it and who wont

Italy just finished off Scotland at their home 2-1 so Italy will make it for sure.


Israel is beating Russia so that gives England some hope, there is still a half left.

Some surpise teams are making it like Norway & Romania....Most of today's games are not started yet....

Well, too bad for Scotland, they could have scored twice more and so could have Italy, but Pirlo's class was apparent as his freekick got straight to Panucci's head and finished off the Tartan Army's chances.

I honestly dont give a rats' ass about England, but Scotland and Northern Ireland I had a bit off a soft spot. But now it looks like these two British teams will not qualify either.

As an italy fan, I am happy they won. But the free kick from which they scored their 2nd was a bit harsh for Scotland. Chiellini pushed the scottish guy and the guy fell down and grabbed the ball, so the ref appointed a free kick for italy. It looked more like a foul on the scottish guy.

Either way, I think the ones who benefited the most from that goal were the French, cause they now qualified too. But, with a 1-1 vs. italy, Scotland wouldn't have made it eventually anyway, cause italy would beat Faroe Island and it would just put some pressure on France not to lose ot Ukraine which they most likely wouldn't anyway.

Either way, italy put up a good fight in a packed and badly soaked Hampden Park stadium in Glasgow. Ben fatto Ragazzi!

Israel is good at these last minute goals....the other game they had with Russia was the same, they were down 1-0 the whole game and in min. 90 they equalized

The key was Toni's early goal in the 2nd min that shocked Hampden Park thanks to some sloppy marking and defending by the understandably nervous Scots. The Hampden Roar was there, but it was just hard for them. Perhaps my best friend here since I moved to Manchester for university is a Scot from Glasgow and he must have been really really gutted

we beat norway with 2 unbelievable goals from emre and nihat. emre had an awesome game. we are a win away against Bosnia from qualifying.

Russia and Scotland both deserved a lot more than this, even a draw would have been better for Russia, now they need Croatia to beat England...

Netherlands just beat Luxemburg with 1-0 (!), Luxemburg missed two great chances in the last two minutes..

So Holland got qualified but if they play like they did in the qualification matches during the final tournament they won't have a chance.
